We DO NOT offer returns or refunds. We offer a 7-day size exchange policy only.

To request an exchange, you must return the item in its original condition—unworn, unused, and preferably in its packaging. Worn, washed, torn, or altered items will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless there is an issue from our end. Each item can be exchanged only once for a different size, not a different style.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
